When people think of fitness, they typically think of lifting weights, swimming, running, etc. While these are all good ways of becoming/staying fit, you also have to think of the inward fitness that needs to take place. Your spirit, mind, soul, and body are all part of fitness. That is why I have created the “4x4 Fitness” checklist.

Red Light Therapy: Shedding Light on Its Potential Benefits
Red light therapy is gaining popularity in the health and wellness world for its potential benefits. This non-invasive treatment involves exposing the skin to red low-level wavelengths of light, which can penetrate deep into the skin without causing any harm.
One of the primary benefits of red light therapy is its ability to promote skin rejuvenation. It has been shown to stimulate the production of collagen, which can help improve skin texture and reduce the appearance of wrinkles. Additionally, red light therapy may also help reduce inflammation and promote wound healing.
Beyond skin benefits, red light therapy has shown promise in helping with pain management. By reducing inflammation and increasing blood circulation, it may help alleviate joint pain, muscle soreness, and other types of pain.
Some studies suggest that red light therapy could also aid in improving mood and mental clarity. The exposure to red light may help regulate the body's natural circadian rhythm, leading to better sleep and overall well-being.
While more research is needed to fully understand the extent of red light therapy's benefits, early findings are promising. Whether you're looking to improve your skin, manage pain, or enhance your overall wellness, red light therapy is a non-invasive option worth exploring.

The Cardio Miracle
I have used Cardio Miracle myself the past year and have never felt better in my workout sessions and when completing strenuous tasks. It dissolves in your water and tastes great (I occasionally add lemon juice for a little tartness).
Here are a things about the product:
Cardio Miracle has gained significant attention in the health and wellness community as a potential dietary supplement aimed at improving cardiovascular health. Marketed as a combination of Nitric Oxide and other key ingredients, Cardio Miracle claims to provide numerous benefits, including increased energy, improved circulation, and enhanced overall heart function.
Nitric Oxide (NO) plays a crucial role in the body's cardiovascular system by dilating blood vessels, thereby improving blood flow and reducing blood pressure. It also aids in preventing the formation of blood clots and promoting the relaxation of smooth muscles. Cardio Miracle asserts that by combining Nitric Oxide with other ingredients, that can enhance its benefits on cardiovascular health even further.
Furthermore, the manufacturer claims that Cardio Miracle is carefully formulated to include a unique combination of ingredients such as beetroot extract, Vitamin C, and L-arginine, which can amplify the effects of Nitric Oxide. Beetroot extract, for example, is known to contain nitrates that can be converted into Nitric Oxide in the body.
It is always advisable to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new dietary supplement, especially if you have existing medical conditions or take medication.
I hope you found this helpful!

One Simple Herb
Sleep is one of the most important (and essential) things we need to properly function. 9% to 15% of adults struggle with Insomnia in the United States of America alone. But that doesn’t mean there isn’t a cure that can be grown in your very own garden. Whether you have Insomnia or a hard time letting yourself rest, Chamomile can be the cure for you. Chamomile is an herb that has been commonly used in teas by individuals for many years. This herb helps reduce stress and relaxes your body to give you the great sleep you’ve been dreaming of. Chamomile is a natural herb and not a drug, which makes it a win for me personally. I drink Chamomile tea and find it to be very helpful when I find myself stressed or needing rest.
Now, give Chamomile a chance and see how you feel after!!
Enjoy the Little Things in Life
Don’t miss out on the life you are given! So often, issues within our work, school, and family cause us to become so focused on our problems that we miss out on the things happening around us while also elevating our levels of stress and anxiety. Taking time to just breath will help lower anxiety and stress. Your thinking will also play a role in your levels of stress, anxiety, worry, etc. Are you thinking positively or negatively? We often think of what will happen if we don’t complete a task on time, causing our stress and anxiety to launch itself higher. Next time you have an assignment or job to do, instead of thinking what will happen if you “fail,” think of what will happen when you “succeed.” The result of simply thinking positively will shock you. I have always wanted to know what is next in my life, and am still learning to be content with where I am rather than looking to where I will be. As I let go of worry, I find peace that surpasses all understanding, and I encourage you to do the same.
“Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:6-7, NASB).
Now, go and learn how to appreciate even the smallest things in life!!
The Mind Reset
“Don’t underestimate the value of doing nothing, of just going along, listening to all the things you can’t hear, and not bothering.” -Winnie the Pooh
Fitness is an important part in our center for processing, also known as the brain. The stress we can receive from all parts of life can begin to cloud our minds, and cause us to not think and act properly. Just as the rest of our body, our mind needs a chance to get back on track to properly function. Getting alone in nature, feeling, hearing, and seeing all the beauty of God’s artistic hands can help give our processing system a reset. Often, I will sit alone in nature with the my Bible and worship music playing through my iPhone (be sure to have it on the “Do Not Disturb” setting). If having your iPhone near you is too difficult to allow peace and quiet, try leaving it in the car, house, etc. And in these moments of silence, do not be afraid to be completely vulnerable and real with your creator, for He cares about you. “Cast Your cares on the Lord and He will sustain you; He will never let the righteous be shaken” (Psalm 55:22, NIV). I know that finding these precious moments of peace can be hard at times, but it is worth it in the end.
Now, Take the next opportunity to reset your mind!!
A Gym Right Outside Your Front Door.
Don’t enjoy working out in a gym, surrounded by strangers? Well, maybe this is a sign that a gym wasn’t made for you. Getting fit outside could be more beneficial for you than a gym membership (which isn’t free). Lifting weights, running on the treadmill, or doing sit-ups/sit-ups can be awkward to complete around strangers you don’t know. So why not take your gym to the outdoors? Running, walking, hiking, swimming, biking, paddle boarding, and more fitness exercises can be completed in the outdoors. It’s free, and you can invite whoever you choose to get fit with! It can be a great way for you to build on friendships or even your own spiritual growth. You can use your time in nature to draw even closer with your Creator. I challenge you, the next time you think that you cannot make it to the gym because of the far drive, time of day, etc., get your tennis shoes on, and go outside your door for a quick run/jog.
Now go let the outdoors be your gym!!
